David Siedelmann

David Siedelmann, 61, of Urbana died at 1:44am Wednesday (Nov. 29, 2017) at Carle Foundation Hospital.

David was born March 19, 1956, in Minneapolis, MN, a son to Edwin and Ellen (Schlink) Siedelmann. He married Diane Scripture on November 15, 1986. She preceded him in death on March 17, 2011. He was also preceded in death by his parents. 

David is survived by his only daughter, Sarah Siedelmann, whom he loved dearly. Other survivors include his sister Laura Blanton and several relatives in Illinois and Indiana.
David worked in the hotel industry for many years until he was no longer able to due to disability. In his free time he enjoyed watching movies, reading, singing, and watching sports. David was a lifelong Cubs fan and got to see the Cubs win the World Series in 2016 alongside his daughter.
