Weston Leo Andruczyk, infant, of DeLand, passed away at 4:51 AM, Friday, October 17, 2008 at Kirby Hospital in Monticello.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the Madden Cemetery. Mackey-Wright Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Weston was born September 13, 2008 in Urbana the son of Nick and Jennifer (Conatser) Andruczyk.
Surviving are his parents: Nick and Jennifer Andruczyk of DeLand, great grandparents; Ruth Conatser of DeLand, Leo T. Andruczyk of Redlands, CA, Francis Andruczyk of Lubbock, TX, Delbert (Sondie) Jones and Lynn Ivall all of Monticello , grandparents; Leo E. (Becky) Andruczyk of Monticello, Wayne Conatser of Mansfield, and Debra Delaney of Sidney, aunts and uncles; Stacza Andruczyk, John Conatser, Tiffany Conatser, and Tim Shane.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Weston Leo Andruczyk Memorial Fund C/O Busey Bank in Mahomet.
