Tim Rogers Obituary
Tim Rogers, 59 of Monticello, passed away at 6:33 AM, Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Allan Oman officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home. Interment will be in Monticello Township Cemetery.
Tim was born November 10, 1949 in Monticello the son of Loren and Virginia (Drawhon) Rogers.
Surviving is his life partner: Mary Lou Mathews of Monticello, step daughter: Monica Abbott of Monticello, grandchildren: Kirbi and Austin, mother: Virginia Rogers of Monticello, brothers: Tod and Randy Rogers both of Monticello, and sister: Shelley Rogers of Monticello. Tim was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Tim was a farmer and he served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Tim was a stock holder of the Green Bay Packers and loved his four dogs affectionately known as The Children: Shaq, Kobe, Ziggy, and Nixie.
Memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
