Tim C. Hogan

Tim C. Hogan, age 51, of Monticello, passed away at 10:40 PM, Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Kirby Hospital.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, January 14, 2008 at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Monticello with Fr. John Horton officiating. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello with a rosary service at 6:00 PM. Interment will be in the Monticello Township Cemetery.
Tim was born April 18, 1956 in Decatur the son of James Victor and Martha Jean (Leach) Hogan.
Surviving is his mother: Martha Marty Hogan of Monticello, brothers: Steve (Debbie) Hogan of Indianapolis, IN, Jeff (Marta) Hogan of De Land and Kerry Hogan of Mahomet, sisters: Vicki (Rick) Leischner of Belleville, MI and Kristi Hogan of Champaign, 8 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his father.
Tim was a farmer. He was a member of St. Philomena Catholic Church, on the Board of Directors for the De Land Farmers Co-Operative Grain Co. and on the Board of Directors for the Land of Lincoln Agriculture Coalition. He enjoyed the Cardinals, U of I sports, gardening, skiing and he loved his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Philomena Catholic Church.
