Rodney I. Keagle, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024 at the McLean County Nursing Home.
Rodney was born Oct. 12, 1953, in Champaign, to Ralph and Bertha (Shofner) Keagle.
He worked for 40 years at the Krannert Center for Performing Arts Building at the University of Illinois, earning retirement in 2018.
He is survived by one brother, William Keagle of Lexington; sister, Sharon Frye of Champaign; nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Rebecca Keagle.
Graveside services will be at 11am, Wednesday, April 3, at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign.
His family would like to thank Transitions Hospice and special staff members of McLean County Nursing Home for their care and support.
