Robert Groves Obituary
Robert W. Groves, age 38 of Eagle, Co formerly of Sullivan, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2007, at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Allan Oman officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be Wednesday at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
Mr. Groves was born December 7, 1968 in Downey, CA the son of William G. and Doris Ann Groves.
Surviving are his children: Austin and Shaleise Groves of Colorado, mother and step-father: Doris Ann (Bill) Haley of Monticello, father and step-mother: William (Kathy) Groves of California, sisters: Cynthia Bruce of Olney, Tammy Swanson of San Jacinto, CA, and Teresa White of Olney, brother: Brian Groves of California, step-father: Richard Goad of California.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Mr. Groves was a Maintenance Engineer and served in the U.S. Navy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Robert W. Groves Memorial Fund in c/o the family.
