Obituary
Richard D. Rebecca, 59, of Mahomet, and previously of St. Louis, passed away peacefully on Friday (June 10, 2022). He was born April 29, 1963, in Urbana, to Sammy and Marilyn Conlin Rebecca.
Surviving are his sister, Martha (Michael) Sharpe of Champaign and brothers, Daniel (Heidi) of Arlington Heights and Steven (Michelle) of Ballwin, MO.
Rick was a beloved son, loving uncle and great-uncle, as well as a loyal friend to many.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, and a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion Post 422 in St. Louis, MO.
A private service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Champaign.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
