Richard "Dick" Eastham

Richard Dick Eastham, 61, of Gilbertsville, KY, formerly of Monticello died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at his residence in Gilbertsville. He worked in maintenance at Big Bear Resort. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the PBR Forces Veterans Association and the River Patrol Force Task Force 116.
He is survived by his wife; Sue Ellen (Fluck) Eastham, mother; Pauline Marie (Koss) Eastham, daughter; Cheryl L. Sparks, Benton, KY, son; Kevin Lee Eastham, Falksville, AL, sisters; Nancy Branch, White Heath, Norma J. Williamson, Monticello, brother; Robert E. Eastham, Calvert City, KY and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, A Y Eastham and one sister.
Funeral service will be at Mackey-Wright Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 26, 2008 with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Monticello Township Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Collier Funeral Home, P.O. Box 492, Benton, KY from 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, October 24, 2008.
