Nerina Mysona

Our dear mother, Nerina Mysona sadly passed away on December 11th, at the age of 96.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who was always there when needed with a deep compassion, a sense of humor and many warm hugs. She had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Champaign and the greater Detroit area.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward, parents Palmira and Cesare and her siblings, Rene and Edna, and is survived by her children, Annette and David, four grandchildren, one great grandchild and 12 nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, 708 W. Main, Urbana on Tuesday, December 27 at 10 am.  A Celebration of Life will be held with extended family in 2023. She will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery, alongside her beloved husband ‘Eddie’.
