Michael W. Munster, age 35, of Bement, died Thursday, February 8, 2007, at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL.
Funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM, Sunday, February 11, 2007 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello with Rev. Glen Corbly officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, Sunday, February 11, 2007.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michael W. Munster memorial fund c/o Mackey-Wright Funeral Home for assistance with expenses.
Mr. Munster was born June 26, 1971 in Monticello, the son of Erma Ragle.
Surviving are his son; Michael Steven Munster of Gays, mother; Erma Ragle of Monticello, sister; Heather Wunderlich of Monticello, girlfriend; Angela Shankles of Bement.
He was preceded in death by his step fathers and maternal grandparents.
Mr. Munster worked in construction. Michael graduated from the U.S. Army Basic Training Camp in Ft. Jackson, S.C. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and RC Cars.
