Marjorie Nunn

Marjorie Nunn, 87, of Urbana, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at Carle Hospital on April 26, 2025.

 Born on July 22, 1937, to Charles and Ruth Molenhour, Marjorie lived a life centered on love, family, and quiet strength. She married Troy Nunn, on February 25, 1954. Troy preceded her in death, along with their daughter, Ruth Ann.

Marjorie is survived by her three children: James Nunn of Champaign, Sandra (Doug) Flanders of Champaign, and Susan (Junior) Riggleman of Urbana. She also leaves behind six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great joy.

Marjorie was a dedicated homemaker and always there for her family. Her kindness, caring nature, and occasionally feisty spirit made her a beloved figure in the lives of all who knew her. She had a deep love for family and valued her friends greatly. She enjoyed reading, bible studies, short getaways and always had a soft spot for the music of Elvis Presley.

Her life will be celebrated on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Flanders home. A private burial will take place at a later date.
