Lee Early Obituary

Lee Illa Early, age 72, of Seymour, Ill., died Sunday, October 15, 2006, at the Carle Arbours in Savoy, Ill.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 20, 2006 at the St. Boniface Catholic Church in Seymour, Ill. with Monsignor Albert Hallin officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello. Interment will be in the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Boniface Catholic Church, the family, or an organization of the donors choice.

Mrs. Early was born August 22, 1934 in Macon County, Ill. the daughter of Welby Morrell and Kathryn Belle (Jackson) Walden. She married Walter Edward Early on October 1, 1955 in Bement, IL. He passed away on September 26, 1999 in Urbana, IL.

Surviving are Daughter; Kathy Jo Mullins of Seymour, Ill., Son; Gary E. Early of Etowah, TN., 6 grandchildren; Philip Mullins, Megan Early, Katie Mullins, Steven Early, A.J. Early, and Eli Early. Brothers; Jim Walden of Monticello, Ill. and Joe Walden of Bloomington, Ill. Sister; Linda Kay Woodall of Chillicothe, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Brother, and 1 Granddaughter (Amanda Early).

Mrs. Early was an LPN and worked at Carle Hospital and in private nursing. She was a member the St. Boniface Catholic Church and the Seymour American Legion Auxiliary Post #1256. Her hobbies included country music, baking, and taking care of everybody.
