Kathryne G. Potter

Kathryne G. Potter, 69, of Cisco, passed away on December 3, 2009 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 6, 2009 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the service.
Kathryne was born July 29, 1940 in Springfield the daughter of Anton and Ester (Adkins) Speis.
Surviving are her sons; Dallas D. (Joyce) Potter, Jr. of Monticello and Shane Potter of Cisco, daughter; Valerie (Tony) Grant of Cisco, brothers; Anthony, Leo, William and James Speis all of Springfield, sister; Mary Useriello of Wilton, NH, and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son (Lance), 1 brother and 1 sister.
Kathryne worked as an operator for Bell Telephone and was a homemaker. She volunteered at the Willow Tree Mission and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Memorials may be made to the Kathryne Potter Memorial Fund in c/o of the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home.
