Johanna Maria Juliana Cooper, 75, of Monticello, died at 9:47 AM, June 6, 2010 at Kirby Hospital, Monticello.
No services will be held. Mackey-Wright Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Johanna was born May 18, 1935 in Munich, Germany the daughter of Otto and Johanna (Perzel) Aulinger. She married Arnold V. Cooper on July 19, 1958 in Terre Haute, IN.
Survivors include her husband; Arnold Cooper of Monticello, sons; Roland (Deborah) Cooper of Monticello and Gregory (Valerie) Cooper of Le Roy, 5 grandchildren; Alexzandar Cooper age 11, Tatianna Cooper age 11, Dylan Cooper age 10, Delaney Cooper age 8, Daniel (Erin) White age 27, and 1 great-grandson; Patrick Daniel White age 7 months, sister; Ursula Ginder of Santa Barbara, CA, and brother; Roland Aulinger of Hungary. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter (Angela White).
Johanna worked as a retail manager for a department store. Johanna was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed time spent with family members, with her main focus in life being the health, safety, and well being of her children and grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Johanna Cooper.
