Obituary
Janine Brock, 75, of Champaign, died on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Heritage Manor in Gibson City.
Friends are welcome to greet the family at a Celebration of Life at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St, Champaign on Sunday, February 19 from 2-4 pm. Three musical pieces will be performed by local musicians and will begin promptly at 2:00.
Janine was born on November 22, 1947 in Madison, WI to John and Shirley (Mantle) Hagen. She graduated from Presbyterian St. Lukes School of Nursing and spent the next 40 years caring for patients.
She married George Brock on December 30, 1967, he survives.
Other survivors include a son, Andrew Hagen (Kara); grandson, Mason Hagen and 1 sister, Cathy Dooley.
Janine enjoyed baking and reading. Her favorite activity was knitting for family and for charity.
