Jack R Bowyer

Jack R. Bowyer, age 98 formerly of Brooksville, Florida, passed away at 1:40 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Piatt County Nursing Home in Monticello, Illinois. Mr. Bowyer was born January 14, 1913 in Bristol, England. Jack married Doreen Miller August 6, 1939 in Erglington, England. She passed away June 12, 2008. The couple had been married for 69 years. They lived in Florida for 42 years and moved to Monticello, Illinois in 2004. He is survived by, Sons Keith and wife (Bern), Dave and wife (Wendy), 7 grandchildren, Tony, Julie, Michelle, Michael, Debbie, Bobby and Anita; also surviving are 13 great grand children, Tyler, Brittany, Joshua, Brandon, Steven, Nicholas, Taylor, Travis, Sunnie, Josh, Cory, Dana and Sara. Jack was a big dog lover.
