Imogene Sechrest, age 71 of Monticello, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007 at her residence.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, October 8, 2007 at the Bement Township Cemetery. Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello is assisting with the arrangements.
Imogene was born January 22, 1936 in Piatt County, IL, the daughter of Albert and Ruby (Bales) Sebens.
Surviving are her sons: Ronald Miller of Rantoul, Kenneth Miller of Milmine, Robert Miller of Monticello, brothers: John Sebens of White Heath, Bill Sebens of DeLand, Albert Sebens and Walt Sebens both of Monticello, sisters: Effie Brown and Marie Miller both of Monticello, and 2 grandchildren.
Imogene was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Imogene retired as a pairing operator from the General Cable plant in Monticello after 27 years of service. She was an avid bowler, attended many coffee hours, and enjoyed being with family and friends.
Memorials may be made to an organization of the donors choice.
