Hildred Webb Obituary
Hildred I. Drew Webb, age 101 of Monticello, formally of Cisco, passed away at 11:26 A.M. , Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Kirby hospital.
Funeral services will be Tuesday February 19, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the Cisco United Methodist Church with Rev. Dennis Beedy officiating. Visitation will be Monday, February 18, 2008 from 6:00 -8:00 P.M. at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello. Interment will be held at Croninger Cemetery in Cisco.
Hildred was born November 16, 1906 in Cisco, Illinois. She married her first husband John Theodore Drew October 10, 1932 after the death of John Theodore Drew she married Eldon Webb November 1, 1946. She is survived by her son Jackson S. (Kay) Drew of Monticello, daughter Claire (Raymond) Howland of Bement; 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren.
Hildred was preceded in death by her parents, husbands John Theodore Drew, Eldon Webb, and her brother Bill Armsworth.
Hildred was a bookkeeper for 42 years at Cisco Coop Grain Company, and a homemaker. She was a member of the Cisco United Methodist Church, Home Extension, Craig-Reed American Legion auxiliary, and Kirby Hospital Auxiliary, along with being a diehard Cub Fan and she loved cats.
Memorials can be made to the Cisco United Methodist Church, o r Tatman Village.
