Heather N. Clarke

Heather N. Clarke, 19, of Mahomet, died on Monday, April 16, 2018. She was born on September 17, 1998 in Denver, CO, the daughter of Becky (Clodfelter) Clarke of Mahomet and Tim Clarke of Illiopolis. 

Heather was a 2017 graduate of Mahomet-Seymour High School. She was currently working at Portillo’s and had a passion for art. Heather created many abstract paintings and drawings through the years as cherished gifts for her family. She also loved photography and could often be seen with her fancy camera capturing images of anything and everything that caught her eye.

Survivors include her parents; her sister, Emily (Eric) McCubbin and her brother, Brett Clarke. She also leaves behind loving maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, April 21, from 10-12 at Blair-Owens Funeral Home, 102 E. Dunbar, Mahomet. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be private.

The family wishes to thank all the first responders, good samaritans and friends that have helped during this very difficult time.
