Dorothy M. Williams

Dorothy M. Williams, 95, of Farmer City passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at home with her family. 

Dorothy was born June 29, 1927 to Judd and Goldie Butler.  Dorothy is survived by 2 children, Sandie (Robert) Maxwell and Gerald B. (Rebecca) Mahin; 4 grandchildren, Jessica (Nathan) French, Darcy (Bill) Douthitt, Jason (Megan) Maxwell, Bobbi (Eric) Rowe, and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Larry Mahin; and 3 husbands, Delbert Mahin, Oscar Freck, and Vernon Williams.  Dorothy lovingly cared for each of her husbands during their illnesses.

Dorothy loved boating, camping, fishing, bus trips, and being with her family.

There will be a funeral service at Blair-Owens Funeral Home, 102 East Dunbar Street, Mahomet, at 11:00 Saturday, December 31st with the visitation one hour prior to the service (10:00-11:00).  Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Champaign.
