Danne Barr Obituary
Danne Scott Barr, 45, formerly of Monticello, died Saturday, August 18, 2007, at Coshocton County Hospital, Coshocton, Ohio, of injuries from a car accident.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 25, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. at Mackey-Wright Funeral Home , 215 E. Washington Street, Monticello, Illinois. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
There will be a memorial services held in Coshocton, Ohio at a later date.
Danne was born in Sparta, Wisconsin on September 7, 1961. He was the son of Philip (Butch) and Judy (Adams) Barr. Surviving are his parents of Monticello, his son, Curtis Barr of Bement; his daughters Jodi Barr of Bement, and Stephanie Davis of Buford, South Carolina. He is also survived by his sister, Sarah Barr of Monticello and nephews Joshua Weber of Monticello, and Jeremy Weber of Cisco.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Finley and Hazel Adams, and paternal grandparents, Lewis and Della Barr.
Danne was an auto mechanic at Hardesty Auto Care in Coshocton, Ohio.
Danne was an avid NASCAR racing fan. His interest in sport was evident by the many Tony Stewart shirts and hats which made up his wardrobe along with on Ohio license plate which read 4 SMOKE and the #20 decal displayed in the rear window.
