Carol Hartnett Obituary
Carol Bessie Hartnett, age 82 of Ivesdale, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Champaign County Nursing Home.
A Eulogy will be given at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at the Johnson-Miller Funeral Chapel 4000 St. Charles Rd. Bellwood, IL. Visitaion will be one hour prior to the eulogy at Johnson-Miller Funeral Chapel. Internment will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello is handling the arrangements.
Carol was born February 7, 1925 in Moline the daughter of Lemuel and Minnie (Schenk) Roberts. She married Michael J. Hartnett Sr. on June 11, 1955 in Chicago. He passed away June 11, 1997.
Surviving are her daughters: Mildred Brown of Ivesdale, Patricia Grider of Champaign; son: Michael Hartnett of Champaign; sister: Jean David of Oak Park and 8 Grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 daughter (Susan) and 3 Brothers.
Carol was a Registerd Nurse.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
