Brenda Burnsmier

Brenda Burnsmier, 70, of Fairmount passed away Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024.

Brenda was born April 21, 1954 in Champaign, a daughter of Robert and Gloria (Harrison) Sylvester. She married Robert (Bob) Burnsmier on June 8, 1979. He passed away Sept. 15, 2012.

She is survived by her son, Rob (Tiffany) Burnsmier of Fairmount, two stepchildren Barb (Mike) Rumer of Tuscola and Scott (Sandy) Burnsmier of Monticello, two grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, five step-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by both parents, four sisters and one brother.

She worked at Kraft for 25 years. Her and her husband enjoyed going to car shows. She loved unicorns and spending time with family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at our home at 500 N. State Rd Fairmount, IL on October 19, 2024 at 12pm.
