Bobby Badger

Bobby Leroy Badger, 72, (Bobby BeBo Bob Badger from Urbana) of Mahomet went to his Heavenly Home surrounded by his family at his house on Wednesday September 27, 2023.

He was preceded in death by both parents, Hubert and Susie and three brothers.

Bobby is survived by his loving Wife of 47 years, Elizabeth, his children, Terri McCarthy, Melissa Cook, Kayla Davis and Corey Badger, one sister, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Bobby never knew a stranger, was a proud Army Veteran having served both active and reserve time, but was most proud of his family.  He also enjoyed anything mechanical and motorcycles.

There will be a Graveside funeral service at Danville National Cemetery in Danville, IL at 2:00 on Tuesday October 3.  Military Honors will be accorded by the American Legion.  The family will hold a celebration of Bobby's life at a later date.  

Bobby's family would like to give a special thank you to Carle Hospice, Dinosores Motorcyle Club and the Illinois Honor Guard.  Donations in his name can be made to any of these organizations.
