Bernadine R. Schultz

Bernadine R. Schultz, 86, of Prophetstown, formerly of Monticello, passed away at 10:45 a.m., on October 22, 2012 at the Prophets Riverview Good Samaritan Center, Prophetstown, IL.
Funeral service will be held at11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello with Pastor Dalene Kuebler officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mackey Cemetery.
Bernadine was born January 15, 1926, in Mansfield, IL the daughter of Samuel and Edna (Furnish) DeGrofft. She married Harvey R. Schultz on July 9, 1944 in Urbana. He passed away February 13, 1984.
Surviving are her sons; Terry Schultz of Lacon, IL and Jeff (Carol) Schultz of Prophetstown, IL, daughter; Sherry (Dan) Smith of Varna, IL, grandson; Jeremiah Smith and great granddaughter; Trinity Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Bernadine was a housekeeper and caretaker at Cornerstone.
