Amy Shamblin-Zink, age 34, of Waukegan, formerly of Champaign, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home in Monticello. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at a later date.
Amy was born April 5, 1973 in Champaign, the daughter of Leroy and Debbie (Crawford) Papineau.
Surviving is her father: Leroy Papineau of Kankakee; mother: Debbie (Larry) Zink of Champaign, step-grandmother: Kay Leeds of Champaign; brother: John Shamblin of Naperville, half-brother David Phillips of Kankakee; sister: Paula Papineau of Kankakee, half-sister Heather Phillips of Kankakee.
She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.
Amy was a member of the Church of God in Champaign. Her hobbies included collecting dolls, going to church, listening to her music, and she loved her family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Amy Shamblin Zink Memorial Fund in C/O the family.
